That for a dog owner to berate an SUV owner based on ones enviromental impact coul be seen as hypocritical.

I'd have thought a humans ecological footprint would include their possessions, being that its mostly a life style choice...not a need

All this eco-footprint stuff is just fancy lingo to try and trick you to run one way or the other. Quite frankly you would have to be a complete moron to actually give this study a second notice, and an even bigger idiot to fund this type of research.

 

ok i just shot my dog, i mean i had no choice he weighed 175 pounds so i mean he was like a semi i had to do it. i kinda feel bad now but i just think what a better place the earth will be without him.

A few years back while my elderly mother was home alone, my suv chased a burglar away, oh wait, that was my dog.

This seems to be measuring eco-footprint in terms of amount of land needed to sustain a thing. It isn't measuring, for example, carbon emissions.

 

I have a medium dog, and he leaves footprints errywhere.
They're cute though, I kinda want it tattooed.
