Hey, I'm KB, real name shane... Don't have dreads yet, cause I'm retarded and buzzed my head like 6 months ago... I should start my dreads within 2 more months... mnot sure how long Ive had dreads probably between a two and three months, Im terrible with dates, both kinds, I be lazy with pics so check my gallery or my timeline

edit: oh yeah I live in Mexico, I am technically Mexican, I speak spanish passport and all, but Im more or less blonde and green eyed, also got a finish and a US passport woot!

I dunno...Im pretty simple and way too smiley. My dreadies are 9 months. They are a forever work in progress created by backcombing, T&R, natural and neglect. lol. Im very experimentive hence I used all methods except crochet and wax. Ive actually thought about crochetting some especially whenever I pass some store that I know will have crochet hooks...but I havnt yet. I have an insanely wonderful 5 year old who's lessons on life, love, and sacrifice trumped everyhting I thought I knew on the subjects before she could even hold her head up. I have a wonderful partner who keeps things real and entertaining at all times. I also am blessed to work with the most amazing children who battle with all their might everyday just to be seen as "normal". I have one year left of school to get my special ed certification and hopefully by this time next year will be preparing to teach my first special ed class!!!!!

:blush5:hi i'm vigilanteherbalist. i'm 23 and i live in the southern u.s. i am a college student and i've got one year left till i get my degree in political science. my locks are almost 6 months old. they were started with backcombing (mostly). other than that, i'll just say i am in a transitional period in my life. very stressful.

 

my name is nick carter, blue eyes, with dreadlocks. I backcombed almost 2 years ago when I first join the forum.

I am studying political science, and economics. And I spin fire on the side.

 

i live with my sister's family
and it's because I am jobless that i have so much time for the HF's

 

I've had my locks for over 4 years now. I started them by backcombing, then let nature do most of the work. I am anti-wax and pro aloe vera.
When I'm not lurking the internet I am usually: rollerskating, hoola hooping, bike riding, sewing , gardening or creating. I am currently obsessed with Shambhala, designing costumes, Tank Girl and theatrical eye makeup.
