Tee-hee.. The only instrument i play is the skin flute. Im a master at it. Drum and guitar players are hawt. The dick plays the drums, the guitar, the mandolin, the sitar and the banjo. Hehehe He looks retarded holding a tiny guitar. When he plays the 12 string, I melt. Sounds soooo beautiful. My poor bro-in-law thinks he can play the bass, and he has a beautiful dried blood red bass which he never uses.
I'm not too bad at key board, and I know only a few basics on the harmonica IF I look at a sheet of music.
I've played piano my entire life - since I was a VERY little kid. First time I sat at the piano was the first day I could sit up right. Aside from piano -- fife, flute, drums, violin, guitar.
Flute (the real deal!) and the piccolo, although I haven't played properly in years. J tried to teach me to play the bass guitar, but I really struggle with it for some reason. Or maybe I'm just not really into learning it. I'd love to learn to really play the piano, not just tap out songs but REALLY know how to play. I can also play pretty much any song I hear by ear and get the notes right on. I love, love, love music.
I've been drumming for about 9 years and took lessons and all that. I'm teaching myself guitar and not actually having too hard of a time Eventually I want to learn sax and if I can find my damn harmonica I want to continue with that
J has two of them right now although he used to have three. One's a Rickenbacker and I can't remember what the other one is. He used to play bass in a band for quite some time. They had kind of a Tool type sound I guess you could say. All I know is he looked pretty darn hot playing. Mmmhmmm, yummy. Now he takes his bass out only occasionally and plays around on it. We still have his amps, but they're in need of some repair. I think he misses playing sometimes, but the band split a while back, left on some bad terms, have since buried the hatchet, but they all kind of went in different directions (married, kids, relocating)...but they still put together tracks at times and share what they've done on their own.
Excuses.. Tony Iommi plays guitar left-handed. In an industrial accident at the age of 17 on his last day of work in a sheet metal factory, he lost the tips of the middle and ring finger of his right hand. Iommi considered abandoning music, but his boss (who knew of Iommi's "night job" as a pub band guitar player) encouraged him to reconsider by playing a record by jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt, who earned wide acclaim despite limited use of his fretting hand following an injury... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuzuWlUeMwo And uh,, nope I dont play instuements.. But I do play guitar hero.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lboS7psz-qc&feature=related
I would like to learn how to play guitar... preferably acousitic... I just haven't taken the time to learn... I know PLENTY of people who play. I was always a choir person in school, I wish I woudl have thought about the fact I would be getting fee leasons, or I would have went band, I dont' need a teacher to sing.
I play the trumpet. I don't own one though... We have a piano, 2 guitars and several harmonicas in this house. All are played, but not my me.
