turning dreams into reality.

ever since i met my partner we would talk of someday opening up our own business together at some point. It was always more of a future/dream/not really a possibility/just talk.

Anyway, we have been together for almost 6 years now, talking about getting engaged pretty soon, lived together for three years.

Recently we have been talking more and more about the business, and we are both 90 per cent sure we want to do this.

We both like the idea of running a small coffee shop/cafe which also serves hot food (homemade) at luchtime.

The thing is, we live in Northern Ireland, in the country, in the middle of nowhere, the nearest shop is four miles away. we are thinking that maybe business will be a little slow here!

We have 2 options, stay here and try to do it anyway (we own the house we live in so it would mean selling it before we could do anything), or,

move away and start over, use the money from the house sale to start us off.

how do we do this? how would you do it?
