Being uncut is not a problem, it's a natural state. The size is something you can't do anything about, I'd advise you to live with it and stop worrying about it.

Well, there aren't any good options to increase size, so its somethign you'll have to live with. Surgery and creams are largely ineffective and sometimes dangerous. The lack of confidence over a small penis is more unattractive than the organ itself. Learn to be comfortable with your size and compensate in other ways,
going with the idea you want more length here, you can certainly live with and be happy. ok, if you are an adult and that is an erect measurement then you may want to consider surgery, usually I am against surgery as the gains are only about an inch, but in your case that would be a nice gain
