Oftentimes after ejaculation, I crave carbohydrates, cookies, etc. I'm not sure if girls experience the same thing after orgasm. What's your experience guys and girls?
personally It Makes Me So Hungry. Like The Munchies After I Smoke, The Same Type. and Apparently Its The Same Thing With My Girlfriend.
I hear lots of people say it makes them sleepy. I never was tired after unless it was right before bedtime. Sometimes it does make me crave food though.
Always makes me hungry... and often needing to relieve myself. it definitely makes my gf sleepy and cuddly. so different things for different people I guess
Yeah, I crave carbs. But my body also seems to crave nutrients as well. There was one time where after a sex marathon with a girl of mine, I went to get food for us and while I can't speak for her, I felt like crap only having only a simple sandwich. I eventually learned I needed a whole bunch of nutrients to replenish my energy. And meditation also helped too, I'm sure god find's that ironic... Edit: I should say that I don't always get sleepy though...that sometimes happens but it's inconsistent...maybe that'll change with age or depends on how fit you are.
