Starting your own small bidness up!

I've decided that in my life I want to open my own small business. I love working at the dairy queen I work at, we don't serve hamburgers, french fries, all that crap and it's real down to earth place and I swear to you all ice cream should be considered art. But I don't know what kind of business I'd feel like opening. Someone started a thread about a nursery and my dad opened his own nursery so I could ask him questions if you wanted to, I could see myself doing something like that I don't mind labor...if anyone else wants to open some sort of small business with me please pm me.

Given I'm only 18 right now, so this wouldn't happen for a few more years but I'd like people who know that this is what they want to do with their life.
