HSLDA has a petition out for CA to depublish the court opinion. It's right on their front page, if anyone is willing to sign. (Pretty please? This is HUGE to ALL homeschoolers, not just those in California!) Depublication would mean that this case can't be used as precedence against other CA homeschooling cases. love, mom
