I would have to write a thesis on the subject to really tell you what I think you should do. I'm not about to do that. I find that missionary position allows me to do the most creative stuff. I put a pillow under her butt, and like to have my weight resting on my knees and on my arms extended on each side of her, with her legs up near her chest, and my upper body in a near upright position. "Sets of nine" - get in the missionary position, put a pillow under her butt, and then do eight shallow thrusts (2-3 inches in) then one deep thrust, to the hilt, then seven shallow and two deep, then six shallow and three deep, until you are doing nine deep ones. Then repeat from the top if you can. This technique is a winner, since the first three inches or so of both organs are the most sensitive, and deep thrusts stretch both organs in the most sensual way.
