    Introduction To Herbal Healing

As we learned how to find weaknesses in our bodies, through studing Iridology, we now need to learn how to heal these weaknesses through nature, with Herbs and Essential Oils.

I will start this class with listing Herbs that will nutrisously balance our bodies and bring healing to weaknesses that arise from an imbalance of proper nutrition.

awesome. i think it would be cool if we could list common ailments and dis-ease and find how to use a preventitive or a cure for diseases. For a bacterial infection, I'm going to take antibiotics. But for things like a cold, or fatigue, or headaches, sinus infections...yadda.....lets all find out how!

As there are a lot of brands of herbs on the market today, here are some guldelines to follow when shopping.

If the lable doesn't say it's from a Plant Source it will not be easily assimilated into the system. Certain companies get their vit/mins from the soil. We, as humans or anyother spieces that I know of, do not comsume dirt as a nutrional supplement so use your best judgement there.

Warehoused products that are stored in uncontrolled enviroments change frequencies and are not as potient as suggested on the lable. Some companies do not inspect their quiality ridgid enough to control what is going into the product, such as insceticides, synthitic fertilizers, runoff from hazardous meterials, ect. Remember, you get what you pay for. If it's cheap then it is usualy not prime stuff and we always want the primo :) it's more effetive.

The way I 'decide' which herb is best for me or a client, is to Muscle Test for the product itself. It is quiet simple and only takes a small effort.

Here is how it's done: Stand with both feet on the ground in front of you, relax.. hold the product to your Solar Plex and ask yourself if this is the right product for your symtems/dis-ease. You should feel yourself(whole body) either being pulled forward or backwards, even the slightest reaction in a direction indicates a Yes or No. If you go Forward it is a YES (positive), if you go Backward it is a NO(negitive), if you go side to side it wont hurt you or help you, so find one that you get either a positive or negitive reaction to.

As each individual has it's own chemistry makeup, due to enviroment, food, water and job/homelife, genetics. Each are different in their own personal nutritional needs. There-fore what is good for one is not nesscessarily the same. Muscle Responce Testing enables your own body to relate which substance is warrented.

If there is No reaction at all, you are out of balance(polarity). You can Tap on your Thymus( in the middle of your upper chest 5 times. If that does not do the trick, then depending on if you are, A, B,AB or Blood Type O, Bee Pollen or Alfalfa, is administerd to bring balance.

A,B,AB gain balance with Alfalfa, tea or capsule( 1 cap = one cup of tea, 350 ml) Type O balances with Bee Pollen.

If you hold the Bee Pollen or Alfalfa with the herb your testing it will balance and you should get a reaction/responce.

You can use this method of muscle testing in the foods you eat/drink, the things that are around you and even people you meet.. it you are 'drawn' to them/it, being pulled forward, it/they are good for you.. if you are pull back, it indicate a negitive responce and it will not be good for you. If you go side to side, it/they make no difference. It/they will neither hurt you or help you.

I find your writings enlightening and I hope to use some of this new education in my own daily life. I especially like the vitamin glossary. I do not know where to buy most of these herbs. There are a lot of herbs. I think for now I will try the vitamins. Thanks for your
teachings. Please pray for me wisdom and go to power.
