She seems very world traveled and has alot of insight on different cultures, cuisines and customs.

Piaf to me would be the female version of Anthony Michael Bourdain.

When does Piaf's show air?

 

I don't see that at all. I can't imagine Piaf as an alcoholic or quite so openly foul mouthed, or as irreverent as Bourdain (although I like him quite a bit).

I see her as elegant, refined, worldly, interesting, yet slightly bored and disenchanted with life.
