The argument you've disproved was an ignorant and facetious one. However, your argument has a big hole in it; all males have sensitive nerve endings around the prostate. Stimulation of these nerve endings is universally pleasent in a biological way. Therefore the means of stimulation is more important to whether you deem the act homosexual or not.

Second hole is perhaps so big you can see it: what's the big deal about doing something gay? If it gets you off, who gives a flying fuck? And on an aside, you can't really argue a naturalistic functional attitude to sex, and then claim that fingering is "appropriate". What reproductive function does it serve really?
