Help for Parents

    As promised, here is the information that I talked about regarding help for parents and children. This is just a quick list I will be adding more. I just don’t have all the info here at home.

    These are links to government organizations that you can find information for children with and without disabilities. They can also give information for after school programs so that kids can get the help they need with school if their parents can’t help them.

    Both of these links take you to respite care sites. Most people think that respite care is just for parents with special needs kids but it’s not. Also contacting any of these organizations can be helpful as they can send you in the right direction to get the best help possible.

    I hope these sites are helpful. Many local organizations do these types of things also. Please let me know if you don’t find help in any of these, or you would like info at a local level and I will do what I can to get you the information you need.
