South African here, from Pietermaritzburg. Currently back here (SA) after living in Taiwan for a few years.

 

My bro lived in Joburg. He went to wits!!! I visited...Joburg sucked and felt dangerous. BUT...I loved Upington in the Khara Heis or green kalahari. Amazing. worked with some kids out there. Would love to go back.

My bro moved back to America (New Orleans) because he couldnt deal with the inefficiency and he got beat up by these horrible mother fuckers. Hes going back in feb to present his masters thesis. and I might go back this summer to Namib (windhoek) and upington, SA
