he was good in patch adams his latest movie looks like shit and that's about as much attention as I've ever paid to the man
I never really liked Robin Williams I don't think hes funny at all. The only good movie I saw him in was One Hour Photo and that movie was good because he wasn't trying to be funny because it was a drama.
I've got to do a drama monologue this weekend where I'm a cokehead. This thread served a purpose lol a reminder.
He'll always be funny to me, fuck what anyone else thinks, like I said early in the thread, he did what he did to make people smile. They questioned the way he acted or performed, but hey look, it served its purpose.
He was also good in the drama "What Dreams May Come".... I like him Seamonster... You'll have to get over it or come beat it out of me...
I like Robin. I also like George Carlin. But, I like Robin better in films and Carlin better in stand-up acts.
I liked him in "Patch Adams" and I thought he was hilarious as Batty in "FernGully". I've never really paid any attention to his stand up, but I bet it would get kind of old real fast. He's really random...I think that could definitely get old.
robin williams is hilarious. his new movie seems so horrible that it will be funny. Mrs Doubtfire set a new level of cinema class
"I can't stand the guy at all, but especially after I just saw a montage of his recent talk show appearances. What is funny about him, other than he acts like an idiot..." agreed, Williams is about as unfunny as this spaz Adam Sandler or Ben Stiller.
