Mine would definitly be Crass. They write some of the most inspiring lyrics that really push you into action. If you havn't heard them, definitly check them out. I like it how they combine pacifist lyrics with aggresive guitar playing and the singer's voice is really cool.

SUBHUMANS (their Live in a Dive CD gives me chills), even from me over in the US. Anti-Flag's got some new, political ideas, and some good cds.

But yea, SUBHUMANS can't be put anywhere but on the top of that list. Crass is punk, but not punk rock. They have the message, but the music is meh.

definitley all of the bands listed, although i might place aus-rotten under crust punk rather than anarcho-punk, although they definitley are anarchists..

also conflict is among my favorites, and flux of pink indians.

and i second whoever said mdc. i have seen them a few times and dave dicktor is fucking for real, so much energy and stage presence, and so fucking friendly when you talk to him. i've seen them both acoustic and plugged in and both shows were of the fucking wall.

Fuck yeah, he was! I thoroughly enjoyed watching his appearances on the jerry springer show and others. fucking hilarious, the looks on middle-aged womens' faces when he talked about how rape makes a girl stronger

Have you guys seen how GG was burried? wearing his leather jacket and jock strap, with shit smeared all over him? by his request.. =D

The Springer appearance was nuts, lol. But yeah, the Hated special edition has temporary tattoos with it, and the end has his funeral footage with "Highest Power" playing over the video.

There was I think the Jane Whitney show (famous for GG's line "your kids are gonna be my kids", which was his last talk show appearance (pretty certain about that).

By the way, it was Jetsons' socks that GG was wearing in his coffin right?
