Can anyone else forsee the government developing viruses to block the effects of other recreational drugs, and releasing them into the environment?

noooo....what is wrong with them...doing that type of stuff can have long lasting effects on people...so not cool.

 

I don't see it happening. There are too many recreational drugs interacting with to many brain systems. I do see something that might help addicts who choose to try and get off it.
