What kind of pill is this?

hey, i came across these pills, but dont know what there called they say
R 0 3 9 or R O 3 9 across it and there small skinny long pills, like a rectangle. the kid said u can feel it if u take 1/2 the pill. he said it makes ur body numb and feels like u smoked 10 bowls of pot.. dunno if this helps. might be wrong info he gave me. but i described the pill the best i could.

Around here it's usually $4 per pill. Sometimes $5. If I buy alot of them I can sometimes get them for $3 per pill.

You can probably sell them for $5 each. But if I were you I'd sell them for $4. Since the dude got them for free and doesn't know what they are you may be able to buy them for 2-3 dollars.
