Your favorite Monet?

    What is your favorite monet? I think mine is garden path or dusk...
    if you go to allposters.com and search monet you can see them all

    My favourites are...IMPRESSION, SUNRISE, DUSK, and the series of WATERLILLIES.
    Monet is awsome!!

    I would have to agree with Impression: Sunrise as my all time favorite impressionist painting over all. Except for maybe Renoir's oceanscapes. There's also this one Monet I saw two years ago at the Chicago Institute of Art. I have no idea what it was called, and I've never seen it since. I just know it was to the left of the "Houses of Parliament." It wasn't any distinguishable object or scene, just pure hues melting into eachother. The light and the colors were literally breathtaking, I just stood and stared at it for who knows how long. I could have cried it was so beautiful. I think it's probably a good thing I can't find a print, because nothing would compare to really seeing it now, you know?
