Just about any Pink Floyd song longer than 15 minutes is great to smoke to. Such as Atom Heart Mother, Echoes, uhh.... Anything from Animals... just listen to some Pink Floyd albums when you get blazed, but you gotta listen to the whole album, can't mix and match songs!
also lots of great electronic ambient mixes i've got on my comp by DJ River are great...
