    with vitimins!

ive been reading into doctor abram Hoffer's work, and it seems that schizophrenia is curable through high doses of vitimins B3, C, and an assortment of others (b complex, essential fatty acids (eg omega 3 - high in hempseed ;) ), E, and some more).

And so, one would expect that giving doses, but not exactly the same high doses, to marijuana smokers would negate any negative effects that it has on the mind, preventing schizophrenia in the first place.

While most people are not susceptable to schizophrenia, at the moment there is no way of telling exactly if you are a possible schizophrenic or not, because most people who get it are not aware of family presence of the gene, regardless of whether it is in the gene pool.

and so if we can prevent schizophrenia, and other mental diseases, we can eliminate the only actual long term negative effect of cannabis!

    voila!

ps. this is hypothesis, not proven in any studies yet. preventing it in the first place, for marijuana smokers, ie, the actual vitimin therapy has cured many schizophrenics.

So then the question would be if we get enough of these vitamins in our diet or not, and if not, whether we need to take them in the form of pills or food. I wonder how much work it would take to get on a good diet of the vitamins?

A friend of mine is studying schizophrenia aswell as a number of other mental ailments to which she is trying to find new or improved ways to treat these disorders. The treatments would be based entirely on your diet and natural supplements, not prescription meds.

heres the 'standard reccomended nutritional reccmonedation'
    for schizophrenics that is.

Now its up to you whether you want to do this without consulting a specialist, but i think if you know you have schizophrenia, then it cant be unhealthy

    DIET:

Elimination of all processed or prepared foods containing added refined sugars and probably 90% of other additives, as foods that contain added sugars usually contain other additives.

Elimination diets to remove all foods to which the patient is allergic or sensitive.

    SUPPLEMENTS:

    Vitamin B3 (niacin or niacinamide) 0.5 – 2 grams 3 times daily.
Vitamin B6 (for many) 250-500 mg daily.
    A general B vitamin formula.
Vitamin C, 3 or more grams daily.
Zinc (gluconate or citrate) 50 mg daily.
Manganese 15-30 mg daily (if there is danger of tardive dyskinesia).
I also use omega three essential fatty acids rich in EPA and less rich in DHA. The best preparation contains three times as much EPA as it does DHA. I use four large capsules twice daily This product I use is Kirunal.
