I've done a fair amount of sounding and stretching and love it. There are many types of sounds that have different uses. Some don't go deep and some can go straight down to your bladder like a catheter, others are designed to stretch you out. I honestly think it feels great or I wouldn't do it. Typically you start with a really thin sound, even with a small hole it will drop right in pain free.
