I'm about to go brave the crowds at the mall. I need shoes for the office Christmas party tonight.

And taking my son to see Santa later. Santa being a relative of mine who owns a brewery. He'll be serving hot cocoa and cookies for the kids at his brewery and beer for the adults. Should be fun. Might confuse my son if he recognizes him though lol

I'm really dreading this party. The dread might ruin my whole day. I might not go

 

Do you guys have workplace protections that prevent them from firing you due to medical leave?

Well either way I've bought a dress so he's going to Grandmas lol. But maybe i'll skip the party and go downtown for dinner and drinks instead

But we're doing Santa today and going ice skating and to see the festival of trees my city does tomorrow..so there are many memories to be made!

 

I remember, when I was around 7 or 8, visiting 'Santa' one year and it turned out to be one of my dad's coworkers from the tire plant. His breath smelled funny (beer breath, I would learn years later) and he started bitching to my dad about the 'damn union', blah blah blah. I didn't know what he was talking about, lol.

 

The Guests Are Long Gone......Tis 3-21am And I Think I'm Going To Pull The First "All Nighter"

In Years......Lots Of Champagne In The Fridge.....Lots Of Leftover Food.....I Think I'm Digging

And also sorry about your being under-the-weather (ish) Not sure what's up but feeling breathless is something I specifically HATE.

You're not ugly at all. My partner has those bags under both eyes and he is sexy.
It's just getting old : ) You'll have them under both eyes, eventually. I'm good at compliments, aren't I.

 

We went out for breakfast today, but our order wasn't submitted, so we waited an hour for some eggs. lol But, this place is cool. Healthy choices, chicken sausages that are to die for, I wish I knew how to make those. The frozen kind isn't good at all.

I don't mind the bag so much, just that it is only under one eye and looks odd. If I don't drink, sleep well and drink plenty of water it improves somewhat. Also I always sleep on my left side because if I sleep on my right I get heart trouble. I think maybe the weight of gravity has somehow made the bag appear over the years.

 

4-50 am......And Still Going Strong.....Methinks I Should Do This More Often......Won't Be Too Long

Now Before First Light......I'm Confidant I Can "Pull This Off"......(no pun intended).....
