I don't get enough fluids in the Winter so I'm starting to drink hot teas.

What kind of teas do you like?

Are there any health benefits to drinking the kinds of teas that you like?

I bought some fennel seed for something else and didn't need it. I wonder what I can do with it.

I just looked it up. They say it's great for the tummy and it's calming. Thank you, Spiff! I didn't know what to do with the fennel seeds.

    - mint (my absolute favorite)
    - nettle
    - wormwood (not sure if that's the correct translation though?)
    - good old chamomile
    - parsley

oh and definitely NO sugar in my tea

  9. I like the sleepy time one with the bear. And Lipton. I just like Lipton. When I get my own place, I'm gonna drink Lipton tea every morning and hopefully the negative soul of the evil woman won't mind trick me into spilling it on my balls again. It looks beautiful and it still works.

Green tea is thought to contain antioxidants although the research is somewhat sketchy.

Chamomile tea has a calming effect.

  11. I like chamomille. I think Sleepy Time with the bear is camomille. Green tea always makes me throw up.

Green tea is bitter, yes. Not everyone's "Cup of tea." I drink it though cuz it's supposed to be good for your elf. I usually reuse the bag three times.

I have had a few that I liked. I think one was a cherry vanilla tea, and also Earl Grey which I'm sure has already been mentioned. If not well, there you have it! Also, decaf Earl Grey can be handy for at night, because of caffeine. According to a chart I saw at Starbucks, Earl Grey is one of those teas that has a significant amount of caffeine, at least for tea.

Cherry Vanilla sounds awesome! I'll have to look for that.

I like Bigelow Lemon Lift and yesterday I picked up Bigelow Spiced Chai.

    I love Ginger tea, too.

    Mint, green and English Breakfast.

The one I don't get is Earl Grey. Tastes like perfume or something.

I picked it up a long long time ago at Albertson's. Amazon has some apparently.
