It was a warm day so I was stood in just a pair of 3/4 lengths jogging bottoms.

I'm surprised you didn't turn around or notice (simply by her presence) that it wasn't your wife.

If you are feeling guilty about it and it's eating you up - I would tell your wife.

If you are able to move past it and can be assured that your sis-in-law will not try it again or anything like it-I would leave it alone and avoid hurting your wife.

If you have to tell her be honest with the situation. Tell her you were deceived and you thought it was her.Tell her about her sister's other attempts. Unfortunately though, people lie - and your sister-in-law may very well switch the scenario to her favor and it is very likely her sister (your wife) may believe her instead of you . . . so tread carefully if you decide to take that route.

If your sis-in-law continues to make advances, I would tell your wife - perhaps she can help. If you do this - try and get another party/individual (if not a few) to back you up. Has anyone else noticed her advances towards you? Its always could to have an alibi / character reference in situations like this!
