It's counting calories. Trying to not go too far in the future, or too far back in time.

I always lose weight if I have 1600 calories. I always gain weight if I have 2100 calories. I count calories and drink booze often, of course also eat.

Just made this up when I see calories totals that sounds like distant historical dates. 2016 isn't even a horrible calorie intake for the day. When I booze, I go way past that. Especially if I cook drunk (fried eggs, & toast or hash browns). Yes sometimes I travel to the future with my diet, rarely do I go back into time.

    It's a magical journey!

    I like the concept!

I'm not one for counting calories much. I probably should. I take nutrients more into account than anything.

When counting calories eating healthy is very important. You don't want 1000 calories from junk food, then try to feel better by eating some real food.

I have about 10 more pounds to lose. I'm not sure when I will get around to losing that. I drink too much.
