Black holes dont exist, least the concept thats been drummed into the masses incorrectly for 50 years or so now

When they say they can detect black holes via the way light bends around certain objects they are not talking about the same kind of construct that was delivered to everyone in the 60s through B grade sci fi movies. The laws of physics do not break down, that was all based on incorrect assumptions from 100 years ago and it stuck

There is no such thing as anything where light doesnt escape. They have absolutely no idea what a black hole would look like

Entropy of a black hole, like everything else in the universe, scales in 2D, not 3D, that is, its surface area, not its volume. That is, the pattern it makes, its size, its shape has nothing to do with its mass. There is no big ring with just a void of nothing that you could see

All this shit just comes from 99.9% of them over the last 100 years not having a clue and just regurgitating what that 0.1% say, which is best guess at the time, and it takes Hollywood 50 years to catch up

Einstein predicted the existence of black holes a century ago and they have even been detected in the vast empty regions of space where nothing else could possibly bend the starlight around it so severely. Their existence is accepted by the scientific community because it happens to be the simplest explanation for countless observations including two giant orbiting black holes observed in the nearest quasar that should be capable of making mincemeat out of space-time. Like the neurons in our brains, they are more efficient than anything their size for redistributing any mass, energy, and information and computer models indicate they are largely responsible for the distribution of the contents of the visible universe.

Actually it's possible to have no beginning but an end: A closed system has an energy of zero and that would mean that it would eventually decay down to zero. Admittedly it makes a bit of convoluted sense that we could have had an infinite period of time before where things were in different states but if you just think of it as the further you go back the more energy/negative energy the more it actually doesn't sound illogical.

This of course hinges on a universe that is a closed system: It appears to be far as I know

The evidence is equivocal with different models suggesting the universe has no beginning or end. For example, dark energy has been proposed as an explanation for the expansion of the universe appearing to be accelerating and one possibility is that the universe periodically expands faster than the speed of light, thus, creating a new universe and leaving the old one behind. Once you start proposing things like a universe that can have an end, but no beginning, you open a can of worms where anything goes and, apparently, quantum mechanics has the last laugh.

I don't hold the belief that it is a closed system.....which to me, is a good thing.....so that would also support no beginning or end.
