Not sure if you ' d classify tabouli as a salad, but it's one of my signature creations. I favor the recipe from Laurel's Kitchen. After 40 years of preparation, I pretty much know what it will taste like. Her recipe includes cooked white beans. Over the years I have seen some recipes that add peppers and onions to it. I suppose you can tweak it however which way you like. The herbs are parsley (I use Italian) and mint. I add no salt and go light on the black pepper.
Anyone here make it? Had it? Try it?
