wow!! kangaroo that must've been some good stuff, i remember years ago hot n' now served kangaroo meat in their burgers instead of beef, and got busted bad for it. so who knows i might have tried that too. but as far as i know havent tried kangaroo
ostrich meat, to me is strange enough i was in the supermarket and found it for sale, surprisingly it wasnt expensive as i would expect tasted like chicken heart
I can't do organ meat...just way too much for me. I know a lot of people that like liver (chicken and BEEF...beef liver is DISGUSTING), but the scent of it is enough to make my stomach turn
octopus was nastay I like beef liver from frisch's big boy as long as it's not slathered in a half gallon of Whirl brand cooking slime I wanna say i had an ostrich burger once when I was a kid at some festival. I don't quite remember venisom is good but tough
haha thats weird, it doesn't seem like adding kangaroo instead of beef would really cut costs and thats the only benefit I can see to doing it, if not for culinary taste. I had kangaroo flank at a wild game restaurant in my town. The chef is amazing. I've been contemplating ordering kangaroo to cook myself but I'm afraid it will be disgusting if its not prepared the same way.
Camel and horse in Kazakhstan Either dog or monkee (they wasn't sure which) in Nigeria. It was so heavily spiced that the actually taste was unknown after my taste buds melted. Various bits and pieces of cows and sheep here in Egypt that are not normally eaten like liver and kidney (love them both), chicken livers and gizzards, testicles, beef heart and other bits and pieces that I wasn't sure what they were but ate anyway. Frogs legs (taste like chicken), octopus (didn't like) and other things during my roamings in other countries that I can't remember at the moment.
