The last few years but especially the last 6 months I have dealt with the most bizarre nonsense and prattle. I am beginning to think if I went to a doctor stating that I had a ingrown toenail that they would tell me that it had to be an issue relating to either post chemo or to post radiation. I could slap them all silly at this point. The issues relating to exactly that, they do not want to touch as it could mean they are accountable and those not relating to those, they simply would rather deflect them........aw the system just makes you want to frist rage and then have to sit back and giggle as I am still standing and the readings I get from my body are not far from what is. Message to self: Do what you have to do and simply continue to live life as it is my life not theirs.
it's hard enough to be sick. unfortunately patients also have to navigate the health care system, which can be maddening hopefully there is a way to maintain inner peace throughout good to hear you back on the forums, you've been away for a while :sunny:
we now all need to be pro-active in our healthcare. which means, we need to take care of our own health needs ....the doctors don't know squat. prevention really is worth a pound of cure. be healthy, everyone. peace
