A girl on a nude beach will not flirt by showing their breasts, because you can already see them. It simply means that you find other ways to flirt, and be intimate. Until you go to a nude beach, it will be hard for you to believe what it's really like. You find yourself surrounded by a sea of naked, and within minutes, you've seen more than you'd seen in your life before, and the novelty is gone. You're left with now nice it feels to be naked, how nice it is not to be embarrased that people can see you, and a certain sense of overall closeness and community that comes from being naked with others.
