let me tell you about the Tuaregs...i travelled in1974 from Tamanrasset to Gardaia-Insallah in plain Sahara desert..i later find out about Tuareg rock from Tinariwen...i saw them life once on a festival..special sound really..since i am very much into music i do like their performance,their culture...the Tuareg in Niger are know as the blue men since they wear an indigo turban which colours their face bit darker(ahah)i went through Agadez town on the way towards the Algerian border(on a truck)...i was wearing a head scarf as well..but against the dust of the Sahara desert sand...my face did not turn blue(ahah)===O.K..let's go for some Sahara rock music...
