Notice: Change to Polls!

    I regret to inform you all that we've had to remove the option on polls that shows who voted for what. That option was causing the server to slow down dramatically. Too much data for it to process, evidently.

    That may have been a major cause of our server problems. (hopefully!).

    Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. :(

    Overall I think it might be better the new way, people may be more likely to express their true feelings when they vote if they can do it anonymously.

    If people want to explain what they voted for and/or why they voted that way they can always post a reply on the thread.

    it looks like the conversion didnt work for old polls but new ones should be ok.

    interesting. i know at some point that option was restored. apparently it wasn't the source of the server problems.

    It'd be nice to see a more statistical analysis of Polls - However, they at least provide the opportunity and stimula for constructive expression - which is (just as) nice :)
