Very cool, I knew a guy from another website that would find various nice pieces of wood to work with out in the forest, then he'd craft them into unique pipes with an individual recipient in mind. Once completed, the recipient would be informed and presented with the unique piece. He did amazing work!

cool looking pipe. but i think jen's got a point with wood pipes clogging. maybe this one doesn't though. most wood pipes i've smoked out of were designed for pipe tobacco...for real. not like how a 5 ft. bong is for "tobacco use only"

    1/8th inch wood spade bit..

I've always made my own by cutting a section of a wire clothes hanger and hammering one end flat, then I used the wire cutter to make the drill tip.

That's true, but you can not take apart the average glass pipe either. I use pipe cleaner and a good rinse and dry with warm water and it does fine.

I forgot to mention that my homemade spade tools were used for collecting resin, as well as cleaning.

Also forgot to say Cool Pipe!

And there looks like a cool Buddha behind the pipe.
