I am blessed/cursed with low hanging balls. While they are a fun thing for my wife to play with, outside of sex they are a discomfort. What a place to hang two large round, sensitive objects. And if you are a grower it makes your cock look even less impressive.

When I was young and wore tighter pants at work I used to adjust them so when I was sitting down they would bulge very nicely. Made for some interesting times in our break room.

I too have low hanging balls. Couple that with the fact I have a small dick it is not a very impressive look. When I am not hard I have nothing to show down there.

I place a set of reasonably heavy metal rings above mine sometimes to prevent them from going placid just to see if over time it makes them hang lower when they aren't being retrained.

Sometimes its a negative at times especially when our testicles get knocked on something & it can hurt a bit too. My testes hang about 1 inch below my penis when its placid. Some ethnic cultures do have certain ways of stretching the scrotum with weights attached just like they do with several rings around their necks as seen on tv programs / magazines etc. I don't think I would want my testes hanging down too far thou. The tubes in the scrotum can only stretch a certain amount without being forced to. That would cause pain & other major problems.
