in vancouver, a LARGE group of ppl were trying to have "legal" street racing going on, in a safe controlled enviroment with police presence [which we alreadu had 10 police on board willing to donate their time] and all legal forms and everything setup

We had over 30,000 ppl's support, tonnes of ppl calling into a LOCAL city government, not a provicinail or National one and everything in between

and we couldnt get it.

if u think u have any chance of legalizing weed, u are far off.
