    Good Morning Class,
Todays lesson will be The Scurf Rim.

The Scruf Rin is the area that incircles the Irid. A circular band the incomfences the outter rim of the iris and represents the integrity of the Skin, our bodys largest eliminative organ.

A dark Scurf Rim indicates an underactive skin. It does not always extend around the iris. The circulatory system of the blood releases a certian portion of it's toxins and cellular waste near the skin to be moved out through the pores in the process of perspiration. When the skin elimination is inadequate, toxic buildup of waste occure. If the scrif rim is darker over the lung area, for example, the lungs may be affected by an excessive accumulation of toxins. Darker areas of the scurf rim always indicate toxic buildup inside that area.

To help circulation and break up congested skin, a skin brush can be used on Dry Skin using an upward stroke. The Dry Towel Method can also be used, again rubbing the skin upward with a dry towel on Dry Skin.. Drinking more water will help also.
