Heard of Kava?!?

It depends...
We use cool filtered water. If you use hot water it will destroy some of the kavalactones, but it will also make some of the kavalactones stronger. It produces a more drugged feeling than anything else. We don't do that at the Kava Kafe because it doesn't promote a friendly talkative atmosphere where the town gathers to exchange information. Heated kava tea does have its place as a medicine (ie: sore back, migraine, menstral cramps,...) but the normal cool water application (cold water decoction) has pretty much the same effect but with a mentally clear vibe. One can work, cook, party, with a cold water decoction while a hot water decoction is best if you are just going to sleep or laying there because you hurt so much.

 

so i just buy a kava and mix it with a tshirt and drink the juice and i get a buzz?

Can someone do an IP check on these two? I got this hunch they're the same damn person

 

I use a ratio of 1 Tbsp. Kava to 1 cup of water.
Drinking 3-5 cups of the resulting beverage and you know what kava feels like.
You can double the ratio and drink half as many cups.
A 4 oz. bag of Kava Powder will make a Gallon of kava at the kava bar ratio.
It is enough to get 4 people feeling good or 1 person feeling REAL good.

Well, how am I suppose to react to this sort of allegation. Ignore it. Apparently I upset you so I apologized and told you I would make my conversation private. I started the thread to tell people about kava. I thought it would be appropriate to place it in a visible location. If I am wrong to assume such things please forgive me.
