Personally I think generally anime films can be a little on the incoherent side. A film like Akira in my opinion is Aurally and visually beautiful however I've seen the film twice and could barley tell you what it was about. Anime in general be it film or TV seems to be judged and made on a completely different standard to other mediums, which is fine. I would like to point out though that I think Ghost in the Shell is an exception to this and I think it's a film almost everyone should see. I'm starting up a youtube channel analyzing random media (books, TV shows and films are planned) and Ghost in the Shell is my first video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMB8x2ZVwmg&list=LLPXx7juteSGBSvH5pUvt1TA&feature=mh_lolz"]Ghost in the Shell: Title Sequence Analysis Part 2 - YouTube Constructive criticism on the video is welcome and I hope you all enjoy it.
