Hi guys I was given about 5kg of beef a few weeks ago, I put it in the freezer. I dont know what cut it is but it had little visable fat about 2-3 inches thick. What should I do with a piece of meat like this it almost looks good for roasting but it dosent have much fat. I tried slicking some into steaks and BBQ'ing them but they were pretty tough. I added some to soup and it worked out much better. Any ideas?
make some africian curry !! with sweet potato , carrots and shit .. slow cook dat shit .. marinate it forever in an acid .. u can do anything with it .. did you let your steaks rest after you bbqed them .. might help !
