Why? I think the point of platforms is to add height with less imbalance/ ankle strain. I could be way off, seeing as I haven't worn something like this since 1982. But I had closed shoe versions of this all through elementary through high school, so 76 or 77 to 87
Those shoes look just like something that would cause me to fall and break something. :wheelchair: All of them also look like shoes I wore years (and years) ago.
The first pair are my favorite too. I highly recommend you dispel this ridiculous notion that youre limited to mom jeans and sensible white sneakers after the age of 30. This is why women are afraid of aging.
They don't look curved for stepping. They look inflexible. They look like you'd have to pick your knees up really high to step. I'm envisioning walking in snow shoes, lol. Maybe the front of the soles are curved enough to walk. I'm going to try a pair if I pass any while out.
This is what I've been picturing the whole time. You would have to duck walk around everywhere. Or shuffle like your wearing giant slippers maybe.
I'm not afriad of aging. I can't wait for mom jeans and sneakers. I wear that pretty much now. But, yea... I didn't mean to afriad anyone. Sorry.
It's text prediction on my phone. I used that word in the begging of that sentence and now thinks I want that word again.
And apparently I also used the word 'begging' recently. Text prediction is making me appear great with all these words that its remembering I'm using.
