The 1999 remake of The Haunting, the mirror scene still creeps me out.

That would be one of the Slumber Party Massacre sequels. I think it's the second movie, but I might be wrong.

Anyway, my favorite cheesy horror movie is probably Killer Klowns from Outer Space. I saw that a few weeks ago at a friend's house for the first time in years. It's a really clever little movie. The stupidity is 100% intentional.

There have been so many of these that I couldn't pick a favorite, but 2 I saw recently really stand out, and both have some cool quotes. Motel Hell was hilarious. "Meat's meat and a man's gotta eat"!
Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. "It's a dog-eat-dog world, and from where I sit there just ain't enough damn dogs"! "Lick my plate you dog dick"!

I still stand by these choices! :p One of the less cheesy favourites (but perhaps more of a thriller than a horror) remains to be The Others.
