Dead at 46 !
The 46-year-old passed away while in London for a recording session but her cause of her death is unknown at the moment.

A spokesperson who represented the singer said: "Irish and international singer Dolores O’Riordan has died suddenly in London today.

"She was 46 years old. The lead singer with the Irish band The Cranberries, was in London for a short recording session.

OMG that's horrible. Last week I was listening to the Cranberries for the first time in years.

 

This sucks. I literally was looking last week to see if they had any shows coming to the area. I was definitely going the next time they were.

It is not an easy task to have a sweet yet very powerful voice...Dolores mastered that well. I will miss her. I always loved her unique , one of a kind sound.

 

Real sad! This band meant a lot to me in the 90s and the memories still continue. I didn't even realize they still were recording! Kinda be bittersweet catching up, but now I'm kinda curious! But yea, she will be missed.

While I liked the cranberries, she was a drug addict. Just a drug overdose and leaving behind 3 children. Don't believe this was a suicide, it was simply an accidental overdose. It is her children I feel bad for having such a parent, who was mostly absent. While she gave us music she simply gave her 3 children shit and was completely vacant from their life. Chose drugs over her kids, Her children live in Toronto, Canada with their father.

 

Too young! What a beautiful woman with a beautiful voice! ~Sigh~

 

I don't know if she was an addict or not. According to wikipedia, she suffered from bipolar depression, which makes the possibility that her death was a suicide more likely.
