Still need votes.

1) The board meetings don't have to be every month. Not 12 per year. The board will meet only four times per year. Same as the General meetings occur. 4 times per year.

2) if there's not much going on the Board at it's discretion may chose to have it's meeting be combined into the General Meeting. One rather that two meetings.

Two yes votes, one for each change, would change our bylaws.

The way I read this each motion has been moved and seconded three if not four times at this point and I move we close this meeting. :2thumbsup:

Mary, do you have Adobe Acrobat on your computer? Do you have a newer version that allows you to type words and information into the I.R.S tax forms. Like Name address and numbers typing right into the "pdf" form?

I only have an old computer and I can't type into the forms. Can you?

We are putting forth the first one regarding having only 4 board meetings each year, kinda because you don't seem to like monthly meeting. The proposal was designed for you. Maybe vote for it?

I don't know what happened with the church. Seems to me that we didn't one hell of a lot of work on by-laws and everything to date, to be quitting like quitters or something.
