    Meh, bit of a stretch claiming Astbury as british, grew up in Canada in his teens, a lot of the influences obviously from that time, and from southern US rock.

    But you know what I mean, grew up in Canada, so it gets a bit iffy.

    If he had grown up in UK, we would have got something different if at all.

    Anyhoo, I went ages thinking he was of native american descent because of his look and his outfits
