beginners question:]

    I'm making a scarf and I dont know how to put the tasles(sp?) on the ends......
    can anyone help?
    I dont know how to read knitting patterns either..

    Tassles (or fringe) is just a strand of yarn, folded in half, and can be pulled through with a darning needle (a needle big enough to hold yarn) or a crochet hook, that's the easiest way to do it.

    I do it with my fingers, I don't even use a needle/hook! Good luck

    I cut all the pieces of fringe first, then use a crochet hook (I fold the yarn in half, stick the hook through, pull it through one of the stitches in the end of the scarf, then pull the ends of the yarn through the loop.)

    It's really easy once you get the hang of it.
