    And then in Norse, Thor's hammer, Mjolnir, was too heavy for even him to lift he needed special tools like his belt to obtain the strength. :d

    Just because it’s a Viking sword doesn’t mean a Viking put it there. It could have been liberated from a dead Viking, or purchased, or stolen, or could have fallen into Norwegian hands in any number of ways.

    But it is a fascinating discovery.
