What's the difference between that and the bullshit that Fox "news "and others put out every day all day when it obviously does serious damage to the entire country by encouraging those susceptible to such anti American bullshit ? "I think it's important to indict the Russians, just as Muller indicted a lot of Russians who were engaged in direct election interference and boosting Trump back in 2016, but I also think there are Americans who are engaged in this kind of propaganda. And whether they should be civilly or even in some cases criminally charged is something that would be a better deterrence..."
“Covert attempts to sow division and trick Americans into unwittingly consuming foreign propaganda represents attacks on our democracy,” said FBI Director Christopher A. Wray.

So, she was talking of American propagandists collaborating with hostile foreign governments to degrade and 'game' the American electoral system and surreptitiously get their own "Manchurian Candidate" elected in contravention of the will of the American electorate.

And the solution would be the government cracking down on free speech sometimes the solution is worse then the problem you can trust the government to decide what is true I will not. just remember it’s trump and the Republicans who in office right now they may not view truth the same way you do
