ask the lawyer to ask the judge if you can do more time instead of paying a fine....sometimes they let you do that here

Many jurisdictions will let you go (especially if you have a place to live and a job somewhere else)-they really just want you out of their jurisdiction so you are not their problem anymore.

Get an email from her with all of the info. The email should have that it is a full time job. It can't hurt-and the fiance part help's a lot - Congratulations.

Yeah they are gonna take me straight to jail. My lawyer said we could possibly postpone it until next friday, so I may do that if I can. My girl is on a break from art school this week and next week, so it would be cool if I could use next week to talk to her and just go to jail on friday, instead of the days she has off.
