As it is more personal, you gotta put it into perspective.

It may take three seconds to write, "Cheers, Glen", but you gotta think Glenglen has 10590 posts. Multiply that by three seconds and you have 31770 seconds. 530 minutes or 8.825 hours.

That's how long Glen has spent typing that.. WOW I amaze myself sometimes...

As far as capitalization goes, It should be a force of habit, like turn signals or washing your hands after you use the bathroom.
